3. Payments

We accept multiple forms of payment, including online payments and credit/debit cards. By subscribing through the Site, you authorize our payment processor to charge your chosen method on our behalf.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Membership fees are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Taxes or additional service fees may apply. Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated in advance of renewal.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, at PAMA’s sole discretion.

  • If a member is unable to attend a specific event, no refund is provided for unused benefits.

  • If PAMA cancels an event, members will have their participation transferred to a rescheduled date.

6. Event Access & Discounts

  • Members have access to all events organized by PAMA.

  • Some events may require an additional fee; members are entitled to a 50% discount on such fees.

  • Membership privileges are personal and non-transferable.

7. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email, payment details (processed securely), membership status, preferences, device type, IP address, and communication history. This information is used to manage memberships, communicate with members, and provide services.
